Panic Attacks – Cure Without Medication, Is It Possible?

Panic attacks and/or anxiety attacks, as there’s not much difference, can hit you at any time. They will strike you totally out of the blue. If you are a helpless victim of panic attacks do you wish you could magic them away? Maybe you can

BAM! The First Attack Hits

My wife was driving when she was struck by her first panic attack. This could have been a disaster if she had crashed, or crashed into someone. After she, and me to be honest, got over the shock we did what everybody does. Went to see our doctor.

We got a standard lesson on the facts. Nothing to worry about, never in any real danger etc etc. Then we got a prescription for beta blockers. I say “we” because even though it was my wife having it, I was feeling like part of it all. If that makes any sense. The drugs would (he promised) stop her heart from racing at the onset of an attack, thus stopping the attack. All good in theory.

We went for a drive and at the exact same location she felt an attack coming. The result was a panic attack but with a calm heart rate. She described it as worse than normal as she felt both out of control and calm at the same time.

Say No To Drugs

The drugs went straight in the trash as soon as we got home. Me driving this time. My wife never drove, not once, in the next 9 months. She never had a panic attack either, which was a mixed blessing.

We couldn’t let this situation go on. Her not being able to drive for fear of having an attack at the wheel. I constantly searched the internet for help and advice, and to be honest, hopefully a magic cure. Nothing really did the trick of stopping them completely.

We Tried ‘Em All

The search continued until we happened on another so called “cure”. As we had tried everything we found so far we tried this also. Initial results were ok. We knew any success was because of the method and not the drugs, which she wasn’t taking. The first attempt at driving and she got the overwhelming senses of an attack coming. She put the system into gear and managed to come out unscathed. So far so good.

When we talked after, she said she still had an attack but she managed to keep it at bay. She knew she had managed to lessen its effects herself. And this was a big confidence booster. She was sure the next time she could stop it all together. She didn’t.

Easy Does It

Again though, she managed to lessen its effects. She did this every time it happened. She made it less and less every time. In less than a month she was able to know when an attack loomed. And more importantly stop it completely.

If you feel overwhelmed by these sudden attacks you have the choice to do nothing, or seek medical help in the form of drugs from your doctor. The former won’t help you and the latter may or may not help.

Or you could say “enough” and take the matter into your own hands. Learn to kill these panic attacks dead with no need for drugs. The solution is at this website…
